Echelon was founded by Kervy Delcy, also known as Lady K. She is the president and founder of Vox Feminarum, the Kervy Delcy Performing Arts School (KDPAS), and Lady K Maison des Arts, the parent company overseeing Vox Feminarum, Echelon, and KDPAS. A dynamic and multidisciplinary artist, Lady K is a composer, conductor, producer, poet, librettist, and entrepreneur, dedicated to elevating voices in the arts and fostering cultural innovation.
